Fandango – De Sevilla a Isfahán

Composer: Santiago de Murcia (1673-1739) – Fahmi Alqhai

In the 17th century the guitar became the fashionable instrument in Europe, but in Spain it rose to the status of national instrument, which it still holds today. Santiago de Murcia was one of the composers who collected the dances of the day, such as passacaglias, folías or this fandango.
